Stainless Kayak Drain Plug Set

Set of two marine-spec drain plugs built for 25mm openings on kayaks, small yachts, and tenders. Each plug features a solid 304 stainless steel body and handle, precision-machined to accept an EPDM rubber seal that compresses fully at 25mm internal diameter. Total length: 75mm; T-handle width: 60mm; unit weight: 42g. No coatings, no welds, no plastic components — only cold-forged and CNC-finished metal paired with elastomer sealing. Installation requires no tools: insert vertically, rotate 30° clockwise to engage the taper and compress the rubber, and confirm seal via tactile resistance. Removal is reverse rotation + pull. The design tolerates minor variations in drain depth and flange flatness — common in mass-produced recreational craft. Widely adopted by UK-based kayak rental operators and sailing schools for daily fleet readiness, where reliability, speed of operation, and resistance to salt-laden air are non-negotiable requirements.
