Stainless Steel Brass Roller Guide

Precision-machined guide rail (120 mm × 25 mm, 180 g) composed entirely of stainless steel and brass — including rollers and side clip fixing angle. Purpose-built for wood chisels but validated across knives, planes, carving tools, and scissors. Brass rollers rotate freely to accommodate natural hand arc while enforcing strict vertical constraint — ensuring bevel symmetry across the full edge length. Span adjustment uses a knurled central nut to expand or contract the rail opening — calibrated for blades 2–45 mm wide. No springs, magnets, or consumable parts involved. Setup: loosen locking screw, insert tool, adjust height for target angle (e.g., 25° for chisels, 20° for knives), tighten firmly. Blade slides linearly across stone with zero lift-off — enabling controlled, progressive edge refinement from coarse to fine grits.
