Stainless Steel Double Boiler Set

This double boiler set consists of two nesting pots: a 600ml upper pot and a 1600ml lower pot, both crafted from 18/8 stainless steel for rust resistance and durability. The set weighs approximately 1.2 kg (total), with the 600ml pot measuring approx. 14 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height, and the 1600ml pot approx. 18 cm in diameter and 10 cm in height. The flat-bottomed design ensures stable placement on any stovetop. A heat-resistant silicone handle stays cool during use, and a silicone front hook prevents sliding. Dual pour spouts on both sides allow controlled, drip-free pouring. Includes one flexible silicone spatula ideal for mixing thick batters, scraping sauces, or stirring delicate ingredients like melted chocolate or cheese. The system operates via gentle steam conduction: water is heated in the larger 1600ml base pot, generating consistent low-temperature steam that evenly heats the 600ml upper pot — ideal for melting chocolate, butter, or cheese without scorching, warming sauces, or candle wax preparation. Its dual-capacity design supports both small-batch precision tasks and larger-volume heating needs. Designed for UK kitchen compatibility: dishwasher-safe components simplify cleaning, and compact nesting saves storage space in smaller UK flats or studio kitchens.
