Sturdy 5-Hole Aluminum Corner Bracket

This corner bracket is precision-machined for seamless integration with 3030 and 4040 aluminum extrusion systems. It features five evenly distributed through-holes aligned to match standard T-slot pitch, with overall dimensions tailored to sit flush against profile edges. Weight per unit is ~85 g; material is 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, known for balanced strength-to-weight ratio and natural oxide layer resistance to oxidation. Surface treatment is black anodising (Type II), offering mild abrasion resistance and consistent colour retention. Each hole accepts standard M4 or M5 socket head cap screws (not supplied), supporting bidirectional fastening — bolts can be inserted from either the profile interior or exterior depending on access constraints. The bracket forms rigid 90° connections that resist rotational shear, making it suitable for load-bearing assemblies like equipment stands, modular partitions, and CNC gantry supports. Used widely in UK maker spaces, small-batch manufacturing jigs, and garage-based fabrication — where repeatability, ease of disassembly, and clean visual continuity matter more than decorative finishes or ultra-high tensile ratings.
