Description

Indicated for situations of high heat and/or humidity during exercise, in order to reduce muscle cramps and avoid a drop in performance as a result of dehydration during exercise. Food supplement based on Vitamins and Minerals. With caffeine content (40 mg/capsule). Caffeine reduces fatigue and improves the individual's energy efficiency during exercise. They help us avoid dehydration and, as a consequence, cramps and injuries. Each capsule provides exactly 250 mg of sodium, 54 mg of potassium, 2.5 mg of calcium, 19.7 mg of magnesium. Take 1 to 2 capsules per hour, with at least a glass of water during intake (150ml) for a total of 5 capsules, not to exceed the recommended 200 mg of caffeine per day. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose: 8 units. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Keep in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight.
