Sucrafor is a sweetener that contains xylitol and steviol glycosides derived from the stevia leaf, ideal for sweetening all kinds of foods and drinks (coffees, infusions, juices, etc.). Properties of birch sugar: Unlike table sugar, it is not metabolized through insulin, blood sugar levels remain more stable, and it is well tolerated: Glycemic Index GI 7. Xylitol is not fermented by oral cavity bacteria, so it does not acidify saliva and does not damage teeth. It can be used as a sugar substitute for people who have dental caries. Xylitol is a polyalcohol that has a refreshing action in the mouth, promotes salivation, and is suitable for cases of dry mouth. It is compatible with alkalizing diets. It has 0 calories and is suitable in diets as it allows you to enjoy the taste of sweets with fewer calories. It is an effective supplement for low-carbohydrate diets.
