SwimClear Compatible Seal Gasket

Black rubber seal gasket compatible with Hayward SwimClear filter models C2030, C3030, C4030, C5030, and C7030 — all manufactured from 2009 onward. Also fits Hayward Pro-Grid DE units DE2420–DE7220 and DEX2422Z2 replacement spec. Dimensions: inner diameter approx. 580 mm, outer diameter approx. 610 mm, thickness approx. 6 mm (subject to ±2 mm tolerance). Weight: ~120 g. Material: homogenous black rubber with low compression set and high elongation at break. Installs into the machined groove on the top rim of the filter tank body. Creates an interference fit with the underside of the lid or manifold cover plate. Critical for maintaining hydraulic integrity during filtration, backwash, and rinse modes — especially important in SwimClear’s dual-function design where air management and flow laminarity depend on absolute seal reliability. Not intended for use with pre-2009 filters or non-Hayward brands — dimensional variances will compromise performance and safety.
