Sys Tiglio from Forza Vitale is a Linden-based food supplement that promotes relaxation in case of stress. This plant promotes sweating and has a soothing effect on cooling conditions, cough stimuli and colds of the respiratory tract. Linden flowers are usually collected for the preparation of an aromatic and refreshing herbal tea. The statement that the sweating effect derives only from hot water is not exact, since it is proven that the flow of sweat also increases by drinking the cold linden infusion. However, the sweating effect is not yet justified on the basis of the substances contained. But it has been shown that this plant promotes sweating and has a soothing effect on cooling conditions, cough stimuli and colds in the respiratory tract. It is recommended: Adults: Take the maximum recommended dose. Children from 12 years: Take the minimum recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
