T-Grip Comfort Swing Trainer Cushion

Compact T-shaped design (approx. 85 mm wide × 40 mm deep × 25 mm height); compatible with all standard golf club grips (30–32 mm). Lightweight (under 45 g) and made from flexible, abrasion-resistant thermoplastic elastomer. Surface features fine-grain texture for enhanced tactile response and sweat dispersion. Engineered to reduce muscular compensation caused by grip tension—particularly in the flexor digitorum and pronator teres—by encouraging lighter, more distributed hand loading. The T-form factor aligns with natural metacarpal arches, improving proprioceptive input and reducing neural ‘noise’ during swing execution. Band integration offers progressive resistance calibrated to typical amateur swing speeds—not overpowering, but sufficient to highlight inconsistencies in grip stability and release timing. Suited for deliberate practice blocks at the range (e.g., 10-swing sets with focus on grip pressure); used in pre-round activation (3–5 minutes of slow-motion swings to establish baseline hand position); and applied situationally on-course—for example, after a mis-hit or during wind delays—to re-establish calm, connected grip control.
