Tri Position Self Locking Folding Hinge

This tri-position self locking hinge is constructed from cold rolled steel — offering superior durability and resistance to wear during frequent folding cycles. It locks securely at three distinct angles: 0° (fully collapsed), 90° (perpendicular upright), and 180° (flat extension), enabling versatile configuration of folding furniture. Dimensions vary by model: the 90° variant measures 5.4 cm × 7.3 cm × 7 cm (2.13″ × 2.87″ × 2.76″); the 180° variant is 5.4 cm × 10.5 cm (2.13″ × 4.13″). Its sturdy, minimalistic design installs quickly without drilling jigs or torque calibration — making it suitable for wooden beds, dining tables, workbenches, folding doors, and more. Widely deployed in residential, commercial, and mobile spaces including offices, warehouses, laundries, and recreational vehicles.
