Triangle Cycloid Low-Pressure Lubrication Pump

This TOP-13A hydraulic lubrication pump uses a triangle cycloid gear design for smooth, pulse-minimised oil transfer at low pressure (0.5 MPa). With 4.5 mL/r theoretical displacement, it outputs 6.7 L/min at 1500 rpm and 8.1 L/min at 1800 rpm, operating safely up to 1800 rpm. Constructed entirely from metal, the pump head is phosphated to enhance hardness, resist wear and avoid rust. Gears are made from high-strength material with fine machining tolerance; the shaft is hardened to HRC40–45 and centreless ground for optimal cylindricity. Seals use nitrile rubber for reliable, long-lasting oil containment. Primarily used as a safety relief device in closed-loop lubrication systems — it activates before dangerous pressure build-up occurs, making it suitable for protecting sensitive components in compressors, gearmotors, conveyor drives and small hydraulic power units. Contents: 1 × TOP-13A pump. All other items shown are for illustration only.
