Twist-Action Spice Masher

Exact dimensions: 8 cm long × 6.5 cm wide × 9.7 cm high. Constructed from homopolymer polypropylene — a widely accepted food-contact plastic in EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 compliant applications. Surface is smooth, rounded, and free of seams or joints where debris could accumulate. The twist-action mechanism converts rotational input into linear compression inside the chamber — achieving higher crushing force than lever-based presses of similar size. Ideal for breaking down dense, moist roots like ginger or sticky garlic bulbs without jamming or clogging. Use cases include making fresh curry pastes, aioli bases, marinades, dumpling fillings, or herbal infusions — especially helpful for older users or those with reduced hand strength, as it demands far less grip force than traditional tools.
