Universal Kids Straw Conversion Cap

Physical specs: 6 cm wide × 12.5 cm tall × 4 cm deep; lightweight at ~43 g. Material breakdown: rigid PP housing for durability and precise threading, paired with soft-touch BPA-free silicone for the spout, internal valve, and sealing interface — both conforming to EU food-contact regulations and routinely tested for extractables. Purpose-built as a conversion tool: upgrades ordinary bottles into safer, slower-flow drinking systems — no standalone capacity or electronics involved. The core safety feature is a self-regulating flow limiter embedded in the silicone valve — calibrated to deliver steady, low-pressure output that matches developing oral motor skills. Leak prevention is achieved through dual-stage sealing: first, a tapered PP thread engages fully; second, a pre-compressed silicone gasket deforms uniformly to fill micro-gaps — tested to hold pressure equivalent to 1.2 m water column. Confirmed compatibility spans major UK grocery and convenience store formats (e.g., Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Co-op), covering 500 ml still water, 330 ml sparkling, and 250 ml juice bottles. Its low-profile geometry allows stacking in lunchbox tiers or clipping to belt loops via optional carabiner (not included). Durability validated: survived 500+ twist-on/twist-off cycles with zero thread wear or seal deformation; silicone spout retained original tensile strength after accelerated ageing at 40°C/75% RH for 14 days — simulating 2 years of UK home storage.
