USB 2.0 Quad Serial Adapter with JTAG SPI I2C

A new-condition FT4232-based module housed in durable PC material, engineered for robust serial and synchronous protocol interfacing. It delivers four UART channels over USB 2.0 High Speed (480 Mbps) and Full Speed (12 Mbps), with two channels (A and B) equipped with Multi-Protocol Synchronous Serial Engines (MPSSE) for JTAG, SPI, I2C and bit-bang emulation. UART supports RS232, RS422 and RS485 standards at up to 12 Mbaud (RS232 speed constrained by external level shifter). All USB protocol processing occurs on-chip — no firmware coding needed. Includes FTDI’s royalty-free VCP and D2XX drivers, configurable receive buffer timeout, and hardware support for USB suspend/resume using PWREN#, SUSPEND# and RI# pins. Free of hazardous chemicals per RoHS guidance.
