Meritene veal purée a la jardinera by Meritene is a food with high nutritional value aimed at adults with chewing and/or swallowing difficulties, thanks to its smooth and homogeneous texture. Some people, especially older people, may have some difficulty chewing and/or swallowing food, even drinks. These difficulties can prevent correct nutrition, and in some cases can put your health at risk. To try to overcome swallowing and/or chewing problems, the most important thing is to modify the consistency of food and liquids, looking for a smooth and homogeneous texture that is not always easy to achieve. Properties of Meritene veal puree in the jardiniere: Rich in proteins of high biological value Contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, iodine and 12 vitamins* Smooth and homogeneous texture that facilitates swallowing No added sugars Made only with olive oil Low in saturated fat fiber source Caloric concentration greater than 1 kcal/g Low salt content of the variety Sterilized product, with a shelf life of 24 months Ready-to-eat food *vitamin D, E, K, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid It is recommended to heat the open jar in a water bath or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Don't reheat it. With this, maximum nutritional losses are avoided. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep covered in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
