This nasal interfacial equilibrium mechanism employs isosmotic buffer technology with droplet size controlled at 15±2µm (ISO 21501). The biphasic liquid system maintains pH 6.8±0.2 and osmotic pressure of 280±15 mOsm/kg (EP 2.2.35), achieving optimal mucosal interfacial tension of 34±1 mN/m.
